Needed an extra pair of thse brackets to finish installation of 2 JLH kits in a walk-in. This was the only source offering a competitive price plus free shipping -- a deal clincher!
Used one at the free end of an open shelf, the other in the middle of long hanging shelf span. Well packaged for shipping. Set included mounting hardware. Fit and finish matched the other kits.

Product is as advertised. Problem is with customer service.
Service and delivery comments:
Product is as advertised but did not *leave* the supplier until after the estimated *delivery* date. Hayneedle was not apologetic, blamed it on the supplier, and still refused to expedite the shipping, so it's coming via ground despite already being very late. Will not buy from Hayneedle again.
