    Product is as advertised. Problem is with customer service.

    Service and delivery comments:

    Product is as advertised but did not *leave* the supplier until after the estimated *delivery* date. Hayneedle was not apologetic, blamed it on the supplier, and still refused to expedite the shipping, so it's coming via ground despite already being very late. Will not buy from Hayneedle again.

            I bought these when I realized the organizer I bought was not going to be attached to an adjacent wall, so 4 of these accomplished the goal. They are the easiest part of the assembly of the John Louis standard closet organizer. Installing these brackets can be done by anyone with a cordless drill and a level.
