The whole closet system was not easy to install by someone who is not an experienced do-it-yourselfer. So I hired someone and had 3 complete tower and rack installations done. These are a very good buy for the money. The very sturdy honey maple shelves are easy to move around once the tower is installed and they look upscale. A very good buy that I recommend to anyone who wants to upgrade an old house.

My closet layout left me no alternative but to customize the configuration, which required wood that could be cut and then fastened using wood screws much bigger than the hardware that comes with the two shelves. Fortunately, this product was plenty durable enough to endure the alterations that I needed to make. The finish on the wood will stay intact as long as you are reasonably careful. Overall, I'm really pleased with the results.
