In addition to covering cracked or stained garage floors without the preparation and hassle of messy liquid coatings, Gladiator Tile Floor Covering provides a clean-looking and durable surface capable of holding heavy vehicles.
The tiles are part of a complete system of garage flooring products that includes flow-through Drain Tiles to allow access to floor drains, as well as Edge Trim pieces that create a finishing touch. These are sold separately.
The 1 ft. x 1 ft. tiles included in these flooring packs are engineered to handle the temperature extremes of the garage, resist common chemicals, and snap together easily. The tiles are all charcoal; if you'd like to create the cool checkerboard design, you'll need to also purchase the silver tiles, sold separately.
These floor tiles come in the same signature Tread Plate pattern that adorns the fronts of Gladiator cabinets and appliances for a coordinated appearance. Optional Edge Trim pieces connect directly to the tiles to complete the look and to provide a smooth transition from the driveway. The tiles are offered in packs of four and packs of 48 to accommodate any size of job and allowing you to complete your floor without having to purchase more tiles than necessary.
Interlocking Mechanism
Installs easily and quickly, attach the tiles by placing the male tabs on top of the female loops without the need for adhesives, resulting in only a few hours of work. Tiles are easily repaired and replaced; simply remove only the damaged ones. In addition the floor covering can be driven on immediately after installation.
Under-Vehicle or Wall-to-Wall Installation
Tiles can be placed under vehicles for partial floor coverage or wall-to-wall for full floor coverage.
UL Classified for Fire and Slip Resistance
Underwriter Laboratories Classified Gladiator Tile Floor Covering contains a fire-retardant additive and is UL-classified in accordance with ASTM E-648-03 (Standard method for Critical Radiant Flux of floor covering systems using a radiant heat source). Gladiator Tile Floor Covering is also UL-classified for slip-resistance.
Easy to Clean In or Out of the Garage
The tiles can be cleaned in the garage or, if desired, separated into large sections and moved out to the driveway for a thorough cleaning.
Removable and Transportable
Unlike permanent coatings, the tile floor covering system can be removed and transported to be used in another place as a new home.
Holds Heavy Equipment
The 12 in. wide x 0.5 in. high x 12 in. deep durable tiles hold heavy equipment and vehicles.
The Rated Weight Capacity is 250 lbs. per square inch, based on lab test of 1,000 lbs. per square inch.
Stain Resistant Material
The premium grade material resists stains from common garage spills including: gasoline, motor oil, antifreeze, brake fluid, petroleum grease, bleach, lacquer thinner, and common herbicides and insecticides.
Slip Resistant Tread Plate Pattern
The Tread Plate pattern matches the family look of other Gladiator® components and provides a slip resistant surface that also allows Gladiator® modules with casters to roll smoothly.
Covers Cracks and Stains
Quickly hides unsightly cracks, stains, and chipped or peeling paint. Unlike thin coatings, floor tiles will not crack when new surface cracks in the concrete appear.
10-Year Limited Warranty
For 10 years from the date of purchase, when this product is installed, operated, and maintained according to the instructions attached to or furnished with the product, Gladiator GarageWorks will replace the defective product or parts if the part fails as a result of defective materials or workmanship.
