Gladiator Flooring-Silver Drain Tiles-4 Pack

Gladiator Flooring Silver Drain Tiles provide an attractive solution for those fortunate enough to have a garage equipped with a floor drain. There's no need to sacrifice functionality at the expense of a great-looking floor. The open grates of the flow-through tiles allow access to floor drains while maintaining a uniform surface height across the floor. The Drain Tiles attach to each other, to Gladiator Floor Tiles, and to Gladiator Edge Trim using the same interlocking mechanism.

The tiles are part of a complete system of garage flooring products that includes Gladiator Floor Tiles and Edge Trim pieces. These are sold separately.

The 1 ft. x 1 ft. tiles included in these flooring packs are engineered to handle the temperature extremes of the garage, resist common chemicals, and snap together easily, allowing custom designs such as checkerboard patterns and borders in both under-vehicle and wall-to-wall applications.

Flexible Installation Options
Use one or more drain tiles depending on the location of the floor drain to allow full access without having to cut a hole in the floor tiles.

Interlocking Mechanism
Installs easily and quickly, attach the drain tiles to the tiles by placing the male tabs on top of the female loops without the need for adhesives, resulting in only a few hours of work. Drain tiles are easily repaired and replaced; simply remove only the damaged ones. In addition the floor covering can be driven on immediately after installation.

Holds Heavy Equipment
These durable 12 x 12 x 0.5 inch tiles are designed to hold heavy equipment and vehicles. Each tile is rated for a load capacity of 250 lbs. per square inch, based on a lab test of 1,000 lbs. per square inch.

10-Year Limited Warranty
For 10 years from the date of purchase, when this product is installed, operated, and maintained according to the instructions attached to or furnished with the product, Gladiator GarageWorks will replace the defective product or parts if the part fails as a result of defective materials or workmanship.
