I bought three of these units for my walk-in closets. They took a looooong time to put together -- can you say, "dowels?" My husband put it together - I won't lie. When all was said and done, the end result was worth it. They look so good in my closet. And you end up using the top piece as another shelf. They only negative is because I wear a 9.5 shoe, a lot of my heels hang off the back piece as they are not that deep. My other shoes without fit perfectly.
